My dob is May 31st 1980 and the time of birth is 11:00PM at Nizamabad AndhraPradesh India. I want to know whether I have khuja Dosh or not.

mangala dosha becomes very mild in your case because mars is in leo (a fiery sign) and also its conjunct saturn.

 

Since this is a little debate, i will not say "you dont have ANY manglik dosha/ khuja dosha)" - but you may go ahead and get married to a non-manglik if other stars match.
