Dear Hemant ji

There are many ayurveda medicine from which u can increase ur weight and i m telling u few compound from which u can increase weight without side effects..

Aswagandha churna

shavaryadi churna

Musli pak..

teekshna loah bhsasama

--------------

all those medicine u can add together and same amount weight u can add sugar powder and take 7gm of that powder without boiled milk or cream,. before sleeping and in day time ..

take one month and i m sure about every month 2 kg weight..

Dear Hemanth

 

A weight gain should be a healthy one which builds your muscles (Not fat). Take care not to accumulate fat which is very difficult to shred in later stages. Regularly consume milk, dates , raisins and almonds. Add limited quantity of ghee to your food . Consume preparations of ashwagandha, shatavari and musali

Use Bananas with ghee, and dring milk ( Not warm) over it.Ashwagandha can also give volumes, when taken with amla or with just sugar and milk but is of a hot nature and can harm Pitta Prakriti nature, so just bananas and milk will do, also try this out, Pure honey with Cold Milk and sugar.But again check for Pitta Prakritti as honey can increase Pitta but not as much as Ashwagandha Powder and is comperatively safe.

Its mentioned in Ayurveda about the Drinking of milk

 

bhojnantay cha pivet Paya !

nishantay cha pivet dugdham!

divantay cha pivet jalam !

vaidayasaya kim proyajanam!!

 

it means after lunch need to take butter milk,

before sleeping luke warm milk and once get woke up in early morning need to drink as much normal drinking water.. body get be perfect and no need to go for any doctor or vaidya..

make it warm and then drink water chong and do what i had told u its really nice for ur body..
