We are facing a lot of problems in our live nowadays especially due to prevailing recession all over the world. We constantly remain depressed due to uncertainties in our life which include lay offs, non payment of salaries, job insecurity, poor government policies, office politics and so on. To deal with such problems in a effective manner we must start our life afresh. This can be done my practicing meditation which can be learnt through quite a few ways such as tai chi, deep breathing exercises and the most modern one known as active meditation.

Deep breathing exercise is the technique which is practiced very commonly in all parts the world. This technique is practiced in a silent environment where a person is made to sit in a comfortable position with his eyes closed. He is made to concentrate on his breath at the time of inhaling and exhaling. Active meditation is quite different in a way that it doesn’t requires one to sit in a motionless state instead it allows you to jump, dance, clap and laugh loudly to make the best of the situation. These techniques of meditation are very essential steps on your path of spirituality.
