Vrindavan
Ayurveda on Raw food and fruitarian ? Ayurvedic cooking stressed a lot on cooked food. And i have heard before there are yogis just eat fruits only, not even veggies. But is it really true that Ayurveda do not recommend 100% raw diet for humans ? Haridasdasdas
Raw food is healthy. Juice is also healthy. We do not live entirely off juice. As far as I am concerned it is the same principle.
