I was doing trataka gazing at myself in the mirror a few minutes back.

I have never done this before and I saw a few funny things.

 

Can any one throw some light on the phenomenon.

Do not try this on your own but go ahead under some bodys guidance. who is master in this field. i am not trying to you panis but this is also one type of science and person get damage some times.
