dear shailendra,

 

firstly, accept my best wishes for your best health. i

pray god that u becomes normal very soon.

 

further, MAKE IT SURE THAT YOU ARE ACTUALLY DOING

" YOGA-ASANA " NOT " YOGA " ,,,,,REMOVE THIS CONFUSION FROM

YOUR MIND FOREVER....

 

yoag has 4 parts,,,,,,samadhipada, sadhanpada,

vibhutipada and kaiwalyapad.........actually there is

one more stage but not counted in maharishi patanjali

yoga darshan.........

 

whatever kriyas you had been doing comes in yogas'

first phase,,,that is just to make your body stable to

continue with advance stages.......normally confused

people starts thinking that they are doing yoga, but

its not...........

 

these asanas may be harmful to some human beings, if

not done properly......these r just the exersices....

 

once you come to advanced stages then u actually know

what yoga is.....silent mind,,,,the stage of

samadhi....i m not going to write more on that issue

right now.......just to help you to come out of your

problem......

 

yoga is related to ur " shookshma sareer " ..not this

materialistic body.......

 

in short, ur problem was just a nadi, inside

naval,,,,which aroused and u didnt control......some

time people die too.

 

wht i suggest that you simply sit , dont do any

yoga-asana like anulom-vilom etc......close ur eyes..

and sit in any posture u feel comfirtable...sit in

that way for 15-20 minutes only........dont do

anything,.,,,,,,,just sit quite with closed

eyes.........and keep in touch with me........i'll

tell u wht to do next .....

 

and the phase u r into is called " sanshaya " /

" daurmanasya " .....so many like you....

Sure, You are right talking the Patanjali but in modern time Sadguru have stated a real and different one still the easiest one among all which are in practice.

all techniques r from vedas,,only variations from guru

to guru..i mysel have done few changes in the oldest

one,,and found it works properly...and very powerful..

i am also wokring on some other technique to easily

levitate than the existing typical one,..and i m sure

sooner i'll get it too..only one confusion is

there,,,,,hope i;ll get someone who could resolve it,

yeah, you might have come up with your stuffs...but what about Kundalini ???

normally, kundalini is awakened step by step, from

mooladhar>swadhisthan ..........to agya/sahsratrar

chakra.but so many times agya chakra is directly

enabled.....

 

there are so many other nadis in our body, who give us

all those astha sidhis..and there r so many other

procedures, thru which we can achieve siddhis....

 

i am very much thankful to GOD, who has given me

very-very little knowledge, thru which i am able to

derive new techniques...which r always successful.
