Visarjan in absence of river?

My simple question to everyone here is, how does one do Visarjan of

pooja samagri if he has no running water body (like river) near by? I

mean, how do i dispose off the material gently, without disrespecting

any deities or breaking Niyam of sadhna/pooja?

 

This question arises because the nearest water body from my place is

atleast 2 hours away from me, i cannot do that so regularly. Someone

plz help.

>1) Save all pooja samagry and when u go on ride to river or ocean

just drop it off.

2) Dig a hole and drop it. Cover it with the sand.

3) When u go to temple take it with u and ask them where they

dispose all pooja samagry.
