I am a novice in the field. Sometimes I do little pujan and some experience I get. One of those are intruguing. I had met a wise person when I was on a visit to India. On his suggestion, I took Baglamukhi sadhna. There were some results with the same and I got some visions. Then I was told that it is done for you. Now I have no idea how to use it? That is my first question, please spare your thoughts on it. Second thing is that I do pranayam. I have been doing it for almost 2-3 years now. Some times I will see light in meditation - that many people see even after doing for few weeks. What is different is that sometimes I see a streak of light from nowhere and it just vanishes. My eyes are open all during these experience. Can anyone explain what that light is? I will give you a small narration on how it looks like. It is like as if you would move your finger on a dew moist window. It vanishes in few seconds to fraction of second.
