I need an information. Is there any Sadhana to conquer and win over (get rid of)

one's sexual desires in true sense ? If yes, I would be grateful if anyone can

tell me that and how to perform it.

there are many sadhnas given in gurudev's book

 

i read one sadhna somewhere which was related to hanuman

 

another sadhana which is titled as " KAM UCHCHATAN " is given in

gurudev's book bhutik safaltayen sadhna evam siddhiyan

 

better u meet gurudev and took personal advice...
