It is true that whatever is happening is only done by God, but remember the case of Pandavs in Mahavarat. Lod Krishna, himself was with them but still the Pandavs had to fight. Arjun had to use his bow and arrow and Bhimsen used his Gadaa. If you are using Tantra to do harm to any innocent person, then it is bad. But there is nothing wrong in applying it on person who himself is doing such kind of work. If you do not apply your power to punish such person and since you should not apply your power on innocent person, then why should you gain power. It is true that God is doing everything, but that does not mean that we should sit and watch whatever is happening around us. Lord Krishna had said that you do your duty and I will give the fruits. So in your hand only JOB is there. You can try your BEST, but what will happen depends on GOD. Yes there is lot of guys out there they love to play with girls and is not only in India but every where in the world. This issue is not new for any one is been years and years old. As u mention about the punishment let decide the GOD what he wanna do. but those girls are cheated or hurt by false statement from guys is might be both karma. That girl is cheted in this birth and go thru lot of pain and sorrows might be she was a guy and she did same thing and now this birth getting punishment for that. No one can be left from the Karma cycle. Not eventhough GOD. You know the real story When GOD RAM kill Vali by cheating he did got his punishment in Krishna Avtar by a One pardhi shoot him with arrow in his leg while he was sleeping under the tree. So now you see my point. We are hurt and feel pain because of bondage and emotion. I can explain u by the chemical chain reaction too but I think you are smart enough because the way u raise the topic and mention I think you are very smart to understand my point.
