Kundalini is an energy within every human being and is subtle in Nature. This energy is very powerfull. 2. If this energy is activated in aperson, he/she will have acess to variuous sidhis or superpowers. 3. This powers depend upon each individual and the stage of development. 4. Only when this Kundalini energy has reached to the HEAD CHAKRA/ SAHASRAR CHAKRA, The person reaches a stage of NIRVIKALPA Samadhi, where he merges his individual concious into Divine coinciuos and this is a stage where he becomes FULLY Self Realised. 5. Most of the people who has Sidhi's or divine power may not be fully self realised. They will have the knowledge about the methods of Self Realisation, But in experience they may not be uNless they reach NIRVIKALPA SAMADHI at Will. 6. This energy becomes activated by natural means such as Devotion or Bhakthi , Karma Yoga ( performing action without attachment), Jnana Yoga ( Acquiring knowldge about god), Raja / Hatha ( Yoga methods prescribed by Patanjali) / Kriya yoga and Sidha Maha Yoga ( by Grace of Guru). 7. Activation of Kundalini energy is based on your maturity iof your soul in the process of evolution and experience and the longingness of Liberation. 8. ALL Religious scriptures , if you understand the secret meaning, you will know it is all about Kundalini. 9. If you have reached a stage of Nirvikalpa Samadhi, there is Hardly any difference between God and you, meaning you become GOD, because your individual ego does not exist. 10. When Kundalini energy Gushes out, it is described as Kali and when it is activated in a controlled manner it becomes Durga. 11. In Various Tantra litreature, you would have heard of Shiva and Sakthi, this sakthi is called as Kundalini and shiva lives in Sahasrar Chakra, so skathi when meets with Shiva in Head Chakra, we enter Self Realisation. In case you need to study more and practise Kundalini Maha Yoga, It is necessary that you find a Guru, who has attained Nirvikalpa Samadhi, and Only under the guidance, should you practise. Suggest you to initially read books and start with Jnana Yoga ( knowledge) on Kundalini, By Gopi Krishna, Swami athyananda Saraswathy( Bihar school of yoga).
