there r certain vaam margi sadhanas in which u eat meat

and even human meat.

so pls consult yr guru before doing it.

but generally in sadhana one shud not eat meat drink alcohol stay

celebate and also not speak lie etc.....live like a true monk.

also to get real sadhana siddhi one must be dwijwar - wear a janeu

even if not a brahmin and follow the rules properly.

Non Veg. food gives unneccessary protein to your body which causes acceleration of all system including circulation and nervous system. Body function will be like speed boat driving on a high sea water. If you are at learning stage better use slow speed and calm water to practice.

If you are climbing why carry extra load is what a saint said to me in reply of whether we should quit non veg food.

Even some vegetable causes high energy which is not suitable for sadhaks doing sadhana ie. Onion, Garlic, fat and spices.

Cheers

non veg food creates toxins in body which loads the brain heart and

all chakras etc.

so non veg is not good for halth or for eating when doing

sadhana.
