Sadhana ek teri kheer hai jis ko hum apne strong will power dwara aur kadi nimyo se hi hasil kar sakte hai. Khas kar mujhe grabh hota hai jab koi naujawan ya vekti pujan ya sadhana sikhane ko tayaar hote hai. Eek badi aajib se khushiyali mujhe hota hai magar kai baar mai apna time waste kiya hai kyoki kuch naujawan ek hobby man kar sikhane chahite hai aur weh thodi deen meh apne towel phek dete hai. Koi bhi pujan sikhana ho toh pahila kadam ek sachi guruji ko dhoon nikalo aur usi se diksha ghrahan kijiye aur apne aap ko usko arpan kijiye, tabhi aap ka sahi margh milega.
