Guest guest
Jai Gurudev, Here are the guidelines. As far as possible, use seperate malas for different mantra japa. Doing Mantra japa does not necessarily mean you are doing sadhana. (for e.g. ishta devata mantra japa is something almost everyone does. For same ishta devata, you may use same mala for two mantras of same devata, although its advisable to keep seperate malas) If you are doing Sadhana, the mala should never be shared. If you are repeating same sadhana then, for same sadhana, same mantra, you can re-use material 3 times at max, if you don't get required results, then pass the sadhana material in water (Viserjan), and get a new set. Same sadhana material should not be used for repeating a sadhana more than three times. Its our papa karmas which gets burnt, and Gurudev blessed mala help us in that. After three tries, we need to get new set to get new power boost. Additional I would like to know 1. what is the duration of the usage of mala used for nitya japas? 2.
