hello everyone i am giving the link of one of the greatest meditation. This was

the meditation taught by yama to nachiketa hence it is also called nachiketa

agni vidya. With this meditation powerful love energy flows from heart chakra,

agya chakra and sahastrara chakra continuously. Do this meditation and see the

result for urself materially and spiritually. Send love energy to our gurudev

and entire guru mandal and receive their blessings. We can get results in

sadhanas only when we love our guru immensely. Once u start loving ur guru
