Be a bhramchari during sadhna, start sadhna at right time at night concentrate fully on sadhna and do not be afraid of experiences. If you are afraid then your sadhya will go away from you. So I will advise you If you want to do any sadhna go for Chandi Kawach you will find it in durga saptsati read every day for 30 days at 12 night local time. You will be powerful enough to handle any kind of power.
