Guest guest
The Vedas, Rigved, Yajurved, Saamved and Atharvaved, are the origin of the Indian culture. All the knowledge, sciences, arts, traditions and rituals in the whole Universe originated from the Vedas. According to the Vedas, Guru or spiritual teacher is higher and more real than god. The Guru is the one who enlightens the mind of the disciple, from whom the disciple receives the initiatory mantra, and who instructs in rituals and religious ceremonies. The Upanishads have profoundly underlined the role of the guru. Mundakopanishad says to realize the supreme godhead the disciple should surrender before the guru who knows the secrets of Vedas. Kathopanishad, too, speaks of the guru as the preceptor who alone can guide the disciple on the spiritual path. Tantra, which is a part of Atharvaved, is no exception. In tantra, every ritual and sadhana begins and ends with prayer to the Guru. No ritual can be complete without the Guru, nothing can be successful without the Guru. Purity, divinity, success, pleasure and salvation are not possible without the Guru. The following ritual is short, easy and very effective. It can be performed every morning for happiness and luck. It is recommended before commencing any other ritual to ensure success and safety.
