Guest guest
dear bandhus, from Kanyakumari to Kashmi brahmins are persecuted by the rest of the society cutting across castes and religions amongst the rest of the society. WHY? While a Colonel recently phoned up and said that brahmins are only 3.5% of the total population and therefore cannot EARN the respect of politicians.... there is a reason to believe that brahmins are getting persecuted like JEWS... particularly in the state of Tamilnadu. We may be only 3.5% of the total population. But if we ALL VOTE and VOTE AS ONE BANK, then only parties, politicians and electoral candidates who are NOT anti-brahminic in rhetoric and spirit would be able to rule. This will be the FIRST STEP to ensure that Brahmins get the respect and recognition as generally hardworking, god fearing and honest class. ( If the whole society REALLY strives for caste-less system rather than brahmin-less system, most Brahmins would support it... remember Bhrathiar the great Tamil Poet sang.. Kakkai kuruvi yengal sadhee....( Crows and Sparrows are our caste).... One more systematic prosecution of brahmins.... being driven out of the temples..... Ancient Temples are discouraged because they continue to have brahmin priests and Road side temples are encouraged because they usually are criminal activities earning politicians money....
