During the last solar eclipse, I had chanted the Shodashakshar Surya Mantra (that includes Maya, Rama and Medha beej mantras) along with Dashamavaran poojan, havan and tarpan; and saw magical results the same day. It's a very, very effective sadhana especially for monetary gains and success. I strongly recommend it. May Guruji bless you. Ashish...
