Guest guest
Jai Gurudev, Where do we get Sindoor? Many shop owners get confused Sindoor as Kumkum. Gorochan = I heard its obtained from body of a cow. Ashtagandha uses Gorochan. I myself prepared Ashtagandha and I had used Gorochan, the results are really good when you use ashtagandha containing Gorochan and Kasturi. These two are the most costliest material. Other things like "Haathi ka mud" / secretion from head of elephant are very rare to get, I didn't get a chance to use it. If any Gurubhai knows where to get it, please share. regards, Anand Anand's Knowledge Series: /Tantra Public chat room: http://xat.com/ISSP--- On Mon, 2/2/09, gopal narayan <gopalnarayan123 wrote: gopal narayan <gopalnarayan123Re: clarification on pooja samagri Date: Monday, 2 February, 2009, 12:22 PM sindoor is = mercury oxide and ghee,or sarsoon ka tel depending on yr thinking which is better. gorochan is a paste made from sugandhit draviya. pls dont forget ashtagandha. om shakti gopal On 2/2/09, Khatri Anand <khatrianand@ > wrote: Jai Gurudev, We all gurubhais across world come from different background, and the meaning of the words is some times not clear. Guest guest
Gorochan is one of the 8 gandhas of Ashtagandha. Since its costly, normally not added in the commertialy available ashtagandhas. Thats why probably you have added gorochan to ashtagandha.
