The Mount of Moon is placed just above the wrist on both the palms.

This is situated just below the Mount of protective Mars and above the

wrist. This mount denotes one's imaginative powers, aesthetics, poetic

skills, and gift of speech, communicative skills and interest in

humour, thought and contemplation skills.

This mount has been divided into 3 parts for study purpose. The upper

part/portion (Upper Moon) near the protective Mars, middle portion

(Middle Moon) and the lower portion just besides the wrist (Lower Moon)

If the entire Mount of Moon is well developed and is normal then one

can see all the above qualities well placed in a human being. If this

Mount is over developed then this Mount looks roundish. In this case, a

person is very imaginative, a poet and becomes panicky. Along with this

if the Mount of Venus is equally developed then he will be licentious

and will have love for sexual pleasures/sensual pleasures. Such a

person is not generally a lover of aesthetics and is not even a devoted

lover. On the contrary such a person is selfish in love and will not be

committed. If the Mount of Moon is well developed and the Mount of Sun

and the Mount of Jupiter is equally well developed and if the heart

line and head line are healthy then such a person will be

philosophical, imaginative, a poet, a painter, an artist, nature lover,

philanthropist and will be a person who will earn a lot of name, fame

and societal prestige.

If the Mount of Moon is well developed and if the Mount of Mercury is

equally well developed then such a person shall travel a lot and will

succeed in travel and voyage. If the Mount of Moon has effect of

Aggressive Mars then the person will turn a rapist and a villain. He

will be stigmatised by society and will be devoid of social status. In

case Saturn has effect on such a person then this person could even go

to the extent of committing suicide. With effect of Saturn on Moon, a

person becomes pensive, worried and frustrated and possesses suicidal

tendencies.

If protective Mars supports the Moon then the person becomes sober, is

innovative and is a poet who loves to write lyrical ballads.

If the upper Moon portion is prominent and if there are 2 or three

lines and if the lower Moon and Middle Moon are flat then such a person

can suffer from respiratory diseases. If the middle Moon has evil signs

on it then the person may suffer from diseases of stomach and

intestines. If the lower Moon has evil signs then the person can suffer

from problems of uterus, testicle problems, urinary problems and kidney

related problems.

 

THE MOUNT OF VENUS

 

The bulged portion or region just adjoining the thumb is the Mount of

Venus. This Mount is associated to health, love for beauty

(aesthetics), sexuality, progeny, love for music, pity and compassion.

A normal Mount of Venus makes a person healthy and optimistic. The

person has umbilical relations with his family members and is a lover

of beauty and aesthetics. Such a person is desirous of leading a

peaceful, happy and prosperous life.

The over developed mount of Venus denotes violent nature and wild

obsession for sensual pleasures. Along with this if the Mount of

Mercury is well developed and if the third phalange of the little

finger is long and thick, then such a person has uncontrolled sexual

passions and will do anything to satisfy himself.

Development of Venus along with aggressive Mars denotes violent nature

in sexual passion. If both the portions are well developed and if the

thumb is long and if the Headline is long then such a person is

virtuous, does not tread on the wrong path. If the thumb is small and

if the first phalange is big, then one can see all evil qualities in

this type of person.

A person whose Mount of Venus is undeveloped is a person who is badly

afflicted by a feeling of insecurity. They are physically weak. They

lack compassion and can be impotent because of lack of sperm production

in the testicles.

If there is a net of lines crated on an undeveloped Mount of Venus,

then such a person is of strong mental disposition but cannot

materialise his thought because of physical weakness.

The person having good effect of Venus and if such a person has a big

palm and if the third phalange of his fingers is big and long then such

people are usually physically strong.

If the Mount of Venus and Mount of Moon are equally developed and if

there is a pit in between then the heat of Venus and coldness of Moon

get balanced. Such a person is not licentious but on the contrary has

suppressed emotions related to sex in the mind. If both these Mounts

are balanced then the mental state is also normal and average. Such a

person is physically weak and lacks imaginative powers.

A person having an undeveloped Mount of Venus lacks sexual energy but

if one has a net of lines on the Mount, one can satisfy his sexual

desires easily. A cross on this Mount is an indicator of a successful

marriage. A net on the Mount of Venus enhances ones sexual desires and

passions..

If on a woman's palm, the Mount of Venus is well developed and if the

mount of Jupiter and sun is flattened and if there is an island on the

heart line, the head line is small and faint, the first phalange of the

thumb is small, thin and weak then she could be licentious.
