new Jagrti ( Meditation Centre ).

Dharma Cakra is held every Sunday at 5:00

pm.

Sterling runs north/south between Lansdown and

Dundas south of Bloor. If

you are coming from Bloor you should go south on

"Perth Ave." and follow the

road to the right. This will turn into Sterling.

163 Sterling is on the

left hand side. If you are coming from south

then take College westbound

and go north onto Sterling rd. ( after Lansdown).

163 will be on the right

hand side.Our building is close to the Chocolate

Factory. You can park anywhere

in the lot to the left of the building. Enter the

green canopy entrance and follow the

hallway around till you get to "20A".
