When disciple concentrate and focuse upon Master - Guru, than his possibility to growing as Purusha is realised after 1000 years of Shiva Dhyana upon GURU! So to realization you need find realised GURU and unbreakly have as Ideal to your Purusha progress... That is simple but long process of growing up under true Master direction.
