Namaskaram!

Generally it is easier to give healing Asanas and Mudras seeing patient and

his/her

state.

Movement posibilities is necessery to know for asanas teacher, and all about how

much

distress disturb the body and other systems. Ther is necessery to learn even

simple

asanas or mudras in proper way and according to ones possibilities, that is

true..

Particularly for any healing. How much you knows joga?

Savasana (Shavasana) and Viparita Karani Mudra are helpfull for nervous system,

of course

if it is possible to You practice them.... Savasana is relaxing pose.. Viparita

Karani

Mudra is very healing similarly as simpler NabhoMUdra...

And, this is important, MUDRA is according Yoga or Tantra sublimated ASANA, and

correct

MUDRA in Yoga is based on proper Asana. Mudras are particular additions to

mostly

meditative Asanas when they are very correctly practiced:))) For healing, this

is

important that not only pose as Asana is but movement toward Asana is very

necessary...

I hope it is clear for You. I may send You several photo with asanas but it is

not the

same to have instruction from teacher - healer directly...

Sincerly
