This is group for those who are interested in Laya Yoga & Tantra

Laya Yoga is very ancient initiations way and really very rare use for

practice. Advanced teachers will help in your spiritual journey and

healing. Ayurvedic spiritual healing (Bheshajya)is part of our

heritage and of course Hatha Yoga, Kriya Yoga, Vajrasattva, Raja Yoga

and others too. There is very special unique practice systems inside

Laya Yoga tradition from HIMALAYA which is HIMA & LAYA means source of

LAYA teachings and practice. All interested may participate in this

list and are welcome. CHAKRA system is very deeply known to our

teachers and may be deeper discouse. Possible language English,

Muladhara, Svadhishtana, Manipura, Anahata, Vishuddha, Ajna, Sahasrara

- there are seven basic Chakras mostly known. Chakra means a circle,

and each Chakra is a stage or level of activity, concerns, differ

practices.

Bindu Visarga (8), Hridaya (9), Taluka (64), Guruchakra (12 petals -

top of head), three Chakras system above head at all or Manasa, Indu

or Bodhana in the head are less known. There is as many small steps on

the One Path toward God as many petals in each Chakra circle bigger

stage. Shree Kundalini Shakti going up, clean and awake each Chakra

petal by petal.
