Jagged peaks covered with brilliant green rainforest dive into the brilliant blue Pacific Ocean. Haena is a remote area on the North Shore. Nestled in the neighborhood, right on a golden sand beach is the YMCA Camp Naue.During this ten day retreat Prema Dasara and Anahata Iradah will guide the

group in celebrating the divine feminine through music and dance, meditaion and play. The opening three days will be devoted to �White Tara� practices of deep healing, inner peace, purification and balance.The week that follows will be devoted to diving deeply into the practice of the 21 Taras and the Mandala Dance.We have several very special guest teachers and some new gifts to share�.Felicity Oswell from Australia has recently completed taking the Tara Dance on tour with a group of Tibetan Monks in Australia. She has created a beautiful White Tara Dance that she will share and also has some wonderful Australian Aboriginal Women�s Dances and Songs.Lama Tashi has agreed to guide us in a process of Transference of Consciousness (Powa) and the attendant Cleansing and Empowering Yoga of Tummo.Eana will be our guide into the sacred hula and lead us to the Heiau of

Laka, Hawaiian Patron of the Hula.Joni Haug will bless us with her marvelous �Restorative Yoga�.Anahata has deepened in the Mindfulness techniques of her teacher Shinzen Young and will be directing us into the deep sea depths of our own mind.Woven into the days will be Dances of Universal Peace and Dances of the Tarot.The second weekend will be devoted to developing an offering ritual of the Mandala of the 21 Praises of Tara. Island residents have the option to attend only the weekend if they cannot come for the rest of the retreat. We will dance in two mandalas, mirroring the wonder of our Empowered Tara Nature.August is a beautiful time to be in Kauai. We will have plenty of time to swim, the crystal water is home to honua, the island turtles. Brief tropical showers often bring beautiful rainbows.
