They are only additional obstacles to achieve self realization. Do a lot of Sadhana, Kiirtana and unconditionally serve humanity and all other living beings with all your sincerity and love. This is the most practical and efficient way to satisfy your thirst for the transcendental experience of Ananda in Sarvikalpa and Nirvikalpa Samadhi.
