Friends:

How to reach the Certainty of Final Knowledge?

The Blessed Buddha once said:Bhikkhus, there are these four Foundations of Awareness. What four? The ever calmly reminding awareness of:

1: Body as a mass of disgusting impurities...2: Feelings as a repeating emotional noise... 3: Mind as a conditioned set of weird moods...4: Phenomena as mentally baked appearances...

while always acutely alert & clearly comprehending, thus removing any envy, jealousy, frustration & discontent rooted in this world... When, Bhikkhus, these four Four Foundations of Awareness have been developed and cultivated, one of two fruits may be expected:Either Final Knowledge in this very life or if there is residual clinging, the exalted state of Non-Return...
