3rd Eye

I chant the Bija mantra for the 3rd Eye. There are

many things I could describe, but I feel this is the

most important. I've notice that while chanting the

mantram and proforming a mudra(hand gesture), a

certain buzz or vibration is felt in a region of the

brain.

 

This buzzing or vibration(some may even call it a

tingling) produces a mood of comtemplation in the

mind. So one is in a mood to ponder what ever is

before him. I mainly listen to Christan TV so that is

mainly what I ponder.

 

The life of the flesh is in the blood.

Choose life that you may live.
