Guest guest
I've been thinking about this yoga nidra practice. Not so much in terms of taking up the process, but the process and goal involved. It seems like perhaps it is a compartmentalized aspect of kundalini activation (for lack of a better term right now). I'm asking, because we all know where sluggishness, and the drifting in of dream states during our practice comes from. Sure diet and mental avoidance and diligence needs to be part of the practice. Still it's a barrier to cross (at least I think). Maybe I'm wrong. So have others gone through this, perhaps came out on another side, or are further along in that process of breaking through this sub layers of thought and mind stuff. Thank you, Stuart
