Guest guest
Hello Babaji and everyone I have a query here. I get lots of dreams in sleep. But i dont remember many in my wakeful time. Recently i notice that whenever i sit in meditation i remember those dreams i dreamt during sleep. That is i remember it very clearly. Can you help me to understand this. My meditation is a simple one where i sit for 20 mins with closed eyes and watching the thoughts or sometimes the " I " feeling. More progress in sadhna stops useles dreams and only dreams with deep meaning, with an indication of future or dreams advising on sadhna are left. In higher stages these dreams too cease and we sleep peacefully. The more sadhna you do, the more vivid and lucid the dream become, and you can easily remember and analyse them. I had writteen a long post on dreams.. earlier I will try to locate it and repost with love
