Sadhna is never in a linear path...sometimes we feel we have stopped, or slowed down..or even going back. But sadhna is like firing a dynamite..there is no coming back. And soon we find that all is sadhna...be it earning, taking care of family, fightings in office, even living...all becomes sadhna if we consciously start working as an alive tool of god Thanks again.. please continue sharing....this is also sadhna Aum

The path of sadhna is never in a linear path. sometimes we feel like stopped or slowed or even going back...but sadhna once started has its own paths, ups and downs...and always progress is being made...even when we think we have fallen from the path. and one day we realise...even our living was sadhna Aum

I really understand your pain on this one whole heartedly. Please dont run away from this despair..God wants you to face it and not succumb to it. While doing that what people call sadhna they often come to face with truth of thier inner selves and that is sometimes in form of sudden unreasonable great remorse, or sometime feeling something bad and ugly in heart or other times seeing abundant faults in one's self and one's life. This is natural and these thoughts confirm that we have been at faults. But dont avoid them ,overcome them by concentrating on your sadhna and try to put more effort, time and discipline in your sadhna soon you will see miracles in your life
Guest guest
Thanks Aum & I_free_spirit. It is so refreshing to have a realistic discussion about prayer. " Please dont run away from this despair..God wants you to face it and not succumb to it " - Thats a great insight. The negativity is just my internal poisons getting leeched out. I also agree completely about being disciplined, thats my greatest challenge. Shraddha & Saburi (devotion & patience) as my mother always says. . Aum, Such a beautiful thought...
