The Hindu faith survived for centuries in India even if the country was invaded by traders,fanatics and nations.Hinduism apart from surviving , spread to far off countries like UK,USA,Australia, etc.In countries like like USA Diwali is observed as a festival day officially.In countries like Srilanka,Singapore,Malaysia,and Indonesia there are a sizable chunk of confirmed Hindus who are in decision making process of those countries. It is easy to understand why. 1) Hindus and Hinduism permits worship in more than one fixed way. 2)Hinduism is against violence. 3)Hindus permit change in views and actions as we evolve scientifically and can be updated without inviting fundamentalist decrees against pragmatic changes in practices.4)Hinduism formed the basis for other religions like Buddhism,Jainism,Sikhism. Therefore I am totally devoid of any worry that Hindus can be outnumbered by others even if a large amount of money is spent by any other faith.
