Meditation and Hypnotism FACT AND FICTION

OM NAMO NARAYANAYA.

Dear venerable sadhaks  like Kaliyugavishnuji and Venkatasubrahmanyamji 

Hypnotism is derived from the word  " Hypnos "   Latin for twilight sleep.This word

is borrowed from the Sanskrit word  Swapna  which means dream like state. 

 It is against medical ethics to hypnotise anyone without consent  But I presume

that those who read the following lines permitted to be hypnotised . If not

please don`t read any further.

Y O U     A R E     A L L        by now T O T A L L Y   HYPNOTISED. NO DOUBT..

1)Sit right before your PCs or Laptops.

2)Think of your family Deity

3)Your favorite family Deity is watching you 

4)The Deity is right in front of you 

5)Your body and mind are under His control

6)Slowly take the tip of your right fore finger to your right nostril , count

one to thirty in your mind. .

7)Equally slowly take the tip of your left forefinger to your left nostril  and

count one to thirty in your mind

8)Keeping both fore fingers near both nostrils  ,  count one to sixty in your

mind.

Have you noticed how throughout this process you are naturally breathing ONLY 

through  ONE  nostril not both..

You performed successful effortless PRANAYAMA  already.

A)Open your eyes wide 

B)Look up and  try to look constantly at the centre of your forehead as you do

during concentrated meditation. 

C)Without changing your sight try closing your eyes shut.

D)Try again looking at the centre of your forehead keep your eyes shut 

Impossible ?

E)Yes impossible because God has caused twitching of your  eyelids

You do not need any more proof of  how your body and mind can be controlled by a

co sadhak at an unknown distance.

Coming to the science. We always breathe only through one nostril Left for

sometime and right for some more time.

We can not close our eyes if we are looking up.This is simple anatomy and

physiology. More later.

Any one who can convince you he has some powers can hypnotize you. You start

believing the hypnotist . Hypnotist can be a Guru, Swamy. or Yourself.

If you are very highly suggestible you can be hypnotized. 

Under the hypnotic trance we can experience heaven but can not have heaven.

Real heaven exists. We can not go there while under a trance. (Great Sages

Rishis Munis Yogis are exceptions not the rule )

In MUKUNDAMALA   Vishnuchitth says " Oh Mukunda at the time of my death ,

overwhelmed by kapha vaatha pittha doshas I may not be able to think of You ,

Please accept all my prayers now itself .
