Guest guest
Dear Narasimha ji I have a one query. Is it necessary to start Homam if for the first time, to select a good muhurta? I did first time on Full Moon day without considering Panchangam, is it auspicious? Pl guide me for future also. Regards Razen.
Guest guest
Dear Razen, Since homam is important for spiritual progress, choosing a muhurtha that is conducive for spiritual progress would be advisable. How ever, since you have started it, do not think much about muhurtha. Normally, for spiritual sadhana, Full moon day and no moon days are good. All the best and good luck. Guest guest
Namaste, I'll add one point. Even if you get a highly competent astrologer to give you a muhurta, it is possible for that astrologer to overlook a factor and give you a bad muhurta. Our knowledge is quite fallible. Moreover, a muhurta considered good by one astrologer may be considered bad by another. There is no uniformity in the available knowledge. And you cannot say that knowledge of one person is correct and that of another is wrong. Everybody has some correct knowledge and some incorrect knowledge. Nevertheless, when you have a chance, you can follow the words of astrologer(s) you trust. But, when it is not possible or when you have already done something, do not worry about it at all. In general, a full Moon day is auspicious for sadhana. In any case, good luck! Guest guest
Dear Sir, you are absolutely right in this statement. I fully agree with you. The vision and experience of every astrologer will be different. Those who are blessed can only guide properly. Dr. Ashwin Rawal--- On Thu, 2/12/09, Narasimha P.V.R. Rao <pvr wrote: Narasimha P.V.R.
