Guest guest
Respected Sir, My mother is interested in doing homam but due to knee pain she isn't able to sit on the ground. Can you please suggest some other permissible postures while doing homam? Thanks, Sudha
Guest guest
Namaste, Have a raised seat in front of a raised homa kundam. Sit on the raised seat like sitting on a chair. Legs are not crossed, but keep the back straight. Keep the stuff needed for homam handy at a height, so that she does not have to bend down while doing homam.
