My guru has asked me to find out the details with which i could practise this mantra for better health. The netra tantra is the source text for the worship of Amritesha Bhairava and Amrita Lakshmi (also known as Amritashri or Amriteshvari). Chapter 3 of the Netra Tantra provides details of dhyana of Amritalakshmi and Amritesha for japa of mantra. The most important vrata to worship them is during Sharada Navaratri when the Kalasha puja is done to the deities for nine days. Several Avarnas with many devatas with their own mantras must be worshiped for this. This is something you cannot just acquire on the internet.
