Would like to inform you all that on the special occasion of

SRI sarvAdAri varsham ka^nyA mAsam, baumavAsaram, hasta nakshatram

with the bountiful blessings and grace of our Guru gnAnabAskara (titled

conferred by mAhA periyavA) Brahma Shri nArAyaNa shAstrigaL SRI shAradA

navarAtri is going to be celebrated from september 30 to october 8 in the

mahA mEru temple built with the power of shrI shAstrigal's immense upAsana

and grace, located in chakra pAni street extension, chennai. The sanctum

sanctorum of the temple houses a big panchaloka pUrna mahA mEru, a maragata

linga of chandramoulishwara and the utsava vigraha of kAmAkshi, the other

deities in the temple are mahA ganapati and sri subrahmanya. There is also

an adhistAnam for our parama Guru shrI karuNAnananAtha (aka shrI

nirmalAnanda tIrttha swAmigal).

 

The following is the list of programs organized in the temple during this

navrAtri.

4-10-08 Sat 9am -> SRI bAlA mUla mantra AvarNa sahasranAma hOmam

 

5-10-08 Sun 9am -> SRI lakshmi mUla mantra AvarNa sahasranAma hOmam

 

6-10-08 Mon 9am ->SRIvidyA mUla mantra AvarNa SRI lalitA sahasranAma hOmam

 

7-10-08 Tue 9am -> SRI chaNDi hOmam

 

8-10-08 Wed 9am -> SRI saundarya lahari, lalitA trishati hOmam

 

* sahasranAmArchana in the evening around 7 pm

 

PS: the temple does not soliticit money from anyone, the hOmas and pUjas are

not done for any kAmyArtha purpose but solely for loka kshEma and as a part

and remeberance of the nityOpAsana of our gnAbAskara beloved Guruji Brahma

SRI P. N. Narayana shAstrigal, devotees who wish to contribute can do so at

their own will and their offerings shall be accepted.

 

I humbly & sincerely request all the group members, atleast who are in

chennai, to spare some time and make it to the temple during this special

navrAtri and receive the boundless grace of shrI mAtA shrI lalitAmbikA.
