Guest guest
My dear friends and like minded persons This is the answer I desire to give to the group members who have most curiously placed before me their question. Most of you might be upset as to how sankalpa has to be uttered in the absence of the Purohit or priest, and again how to utter the difficult Sanskrit words coupled with a feeling that wrong utterance of the mantra leads to some problem etc. Please remember the Sanskrit version of sankalpa is nothing but speaking clearly what is in your mind and it is not MANTRA. People are mistaking the texts or running matters in Sanskrit as MANTRA. They are not mantras, they are utterances of our desires and making the purpose clear in front of Lord and it is as simple as that. There is nothing wrong to fold your hands in front of HIM and pray for HIS grace in any language of your choice. The relationship between Lord and ourselves SHOULD EVER REMAIN AS THAT OF A FATHER AND CHILD. Some children cry and express their desire for some milk when are in arms; someone sweetly express when they start learning the words; and someone may clearly indicate when they grownup – there makes no difference for the Father to understand what it is and what the heart of the child is. Don’t you remember an elephant crying for help in GAJENDRA MOKSHA, what language did it use?. There are number of instances when Lord granted Moksha for those who innocently surrender to him like Bhakta Kannappa – a tribal, Tinnadu; and sometime he granted Moksha for those who totally involve themselves in taking the Lords name 24hours/30 days/12months /and forever all times like the case of Ramdas, Thyagaraju etc. There fore my request you all not to worry about the procedural aspect and waste the valuable time. Then again another question about the vidhi vidhan, again here too, there is not much to worry about. The first step is – do whatever you feel like doing totally surrendering to the Lord; a little above this step – a little vidhi vidhan like offering chandan, flowers, dhoop, deep and Nivedan which are called in the ritualistic system as Pancha Poojaas and a little above this one can go for Shodasopachara Poojaas and like this step by step. A person who knows the shodasopachara pooja, he enjoys performing what is known to him, someone who knows only Pancha Pooja he too enjoys performing what is known to him – in other words – it is an individual perception of enjoyment of making a Seva to the Lord. I hope I am clear. The last question was that of lamp. One can lit one lamp initially and the best oil for this purpose is sesame oil or cow ghee. Please remember the sacred material when burned it transforms into a sacred energy. For example, if one wishes to burn a red chillie, probably none can dare to stay nearby, though it is a just 2 gms wt chillie, it makes hundreds to shed tears – it is the power of the sookshma roopa. Always science can not explain the reason, but on most occasions LOGIC OR TARKA SASTRA CAN explain us something about the realities. In the Normal pooja vidhan, the sudarshan is represented by Cow Ghee lamp and it is placed on the right side of the Lord; when the sesame oil lamp is represented as Pasupat on the left side of the Lord. I always suggest to keep a dry fruit as NIVEDAN with a purpose that the dry fruit can be eaten even on the next day and it does not get spoiled. Therefore, we suggest this procedure – the simplest possible procedure of these lamps and PANCHOPACHARA poojas. In normal routine it is advisable to keep one lamp on each side of the Lord making a total of two lamps. Always and always – my system is, to make each one of you able to do perform the ritual on your own without any dependence. That is the reason why I have written 40 Gayathri Mantras for conveniently performing even Sri Satyanarayana Pooja too. The Hindi version of the book Lakshmi Sadhana No 3 is relevant to performing of Havan. In certain cases it is inevitable to take the assistance of learned pundits for performing certain rituals which would become compulsory, leaving such extreme cases basically one should be self sufficient. There is nothing to fear from Father and Mother – as long as you possess and maintain the same relationship. Learned and knowledgeable persons of the group may add their opinion to modify my way of approach to the system so that I can continue to guide people on right path in the right direction. I accept, I am a learner and in the process of learning. First of all, let me inform you that the news which I received from some source and which was reproduced in my mail, HAS BEEN MADE KNOWN TO ME AS A RUMOR, THEREFORE DO NOT TAKE THE FOLLOWING NEWS INTO CONSIDERATION.
