My dear friends and like minded persons

Dr Mohan

and Sow Anupama

 

It is my desire to complete the book on Shri Aswamedhayaagam so that it gives

an idea of what it is and how it has to be conducted. In fact, if monitory

conditions permit we desire to start a Museum too for this Historical Mega Event

by a small group of persons.

 

When Mahabharata war was to take place, several divine personalities were born

much before the date of the war to join the war. Similarly, Lord made me to

participate and perform a Yagna in 1000th Shri Vishnu Sahasranaama Naama

Paaraayana Yagna which took place in 2003 or so. Dr Mohan met me there from his

words and he could come to my house sometime later without actually knowing the

address and location. He has been practicing Yoga and he did lot many

sadhanaas. He is heading one advertisement agency and only that much was known

to me within the two or three meetings we had before the commencement of Yaaga

Deeksha. But he has been watching my mails regularly. In the meantime I

started sending mails on the Yaagam and updating with the developments thereon.

It was a tough time for me financially. By that time, I decided not to get any

books printed as PRINTERS – a good number of printers – TESTED MY PATIENCE by

not keeping up the time schedule. SEVERAL NIGHTS I

WAS TO SIT WITH THEM CARRYING LOT OF STRESS ADD WITH SLEEPLESS AND AGITATED

NIGHTS and ultimately I gave up the idea of BOOK PUBLICATION. This was the

background.

 

That was a fine evening of July when myself and my wife Sow Padmavathy

returned from Mt Kailash and Manasarovar trip duly collecting the Holy waters

for the Yaagam. Dr Mohan – a very good boy whom I admire – suddenly appeared in

my house and said that it is time for him to interfere with the work of Shri

Aswamedhayaagam. He was curiously putting some questions to me. The first

pamphlet was printed in English, Telugu, Hindi and Sanskrit languages in

February along with certain receipt books. Till Dr Mohan met me, only this was

the progress in printing work of the Yaagam. He made his assessment and

understood my financial incapacities, perhaps, and coolly went back. The next

evening a wall poster was with us and as a result

 

THE ACTIVITY GAINED MOMENTUM AND WE STARTED RUNNING to get the posters pasted

through out the state of Andhra Pradesh. Soon, a new design of the pamphlet

with us and all the material was designed by him after conducting market

research. A website was designed by him which included FAQs. A new turn and

new look and a new shape was given by Dr Mohan and his team of the staff who

took pains to work day and night till the completion. Posters, badges, food

books, banners, flags, mementoes, certificates, literature, demo cards, event

planning what not – all work relating to printing and designing was done by him.

Basing on the design made by him to the Horse, we got the dresses stitched. In

other words, he was a strong pillar for the Yaagam and we owe to him a lot.

 

I am not supposed to praise children, but it is my duty to make a mention of

those who were with us in times of dire necessity and who made the function a

grand success. In fact these first personalities– Dr Mohan and Sow Anupama

maintained time perfectly and those who have come from Himalayan ranges were

hosted by this Noble couple. Interestingly whenever I talk to these sages, they

enquire about Dr Mohan and Sow Anupama. They admired this couple in that

fashion.

 

Sow Anupama was taking care of me and my food needs during the Yaagam when I

was working for 23 HOURS A DAY during the eight days Yaagam.

 

This is the strong reason why I preferred to write about this couple in my

book “SHRI ASWAMEDHAYAAGAM” with a special mention about their work. I do not

know whether I get discharged of my dues to this couple in my life time, the

least I could do to them, is in this way.

 

Next paper has to necessarily be endorsed to former MLA Shri Mohan Reddy.
