DEVOTION COMPLETES SADHANA

 

We always begin our morning practice of KY and meditation by chanting

ONG NA MO GURU DEV NA MO, which tunes us into the infinite vibration

within us. We anchor our practice with a deep relaxation, which

consolidates and brings our energy into balance. Kundalini yoga and

meditation synchronize us with universal energies and help us

cultivate a conscious connection with the Divine in all. The rest of

our day flows when we have established this connection and

synchronization. This is what synchronicity is all about.

 

After our morning Kundalini yoga and meditation practice it is

customary to end by chanting 3 long SAAAAAAAAAAT NAM's and by

chanting " May the long time sun shine upon you, all love surround you

and the pure light within you, guide your way on. " I always like to

add " God bless this Earth with peace. " And " May I be a woman of love,

that other's may experience love in my presence. " We humbly

surrender to the Truth and bring ourselves into a state of gratitude

and prayer. Gratitude and prayer anchor the divine vibration into our

being for the day. It is interesting to note that the effects of our

morning practice last a lot longer when we complete with prayer,

devotion or Bhakti.

 

The following ritual offered by Gurunam is one way that we can

continue to cultivate and share universal Light with the Planet and

all beings. It is our offering for peace. It can be done at any

time, but optimally it is done at the end of a spiritual practice.

It is a great way to end your daily Sadhana and share the love in

your heart with the world.

 

RITUAL OF LIGHT

 

Previously this ritual was never written down and was given only to

initiates in secret. However, at this time we must invite everyone

to use these powerful techniques to help heal the planet and

ourselves. Everyone can help shift the energy on the spiritual plane

so we can create peace on Earth.

 

This ritual, symbol and mantra have the power to shift the magnetic

field of the planet. Nothing less is required to get us out of our

current predicament. It wages war on darkness on the spiritual

place, so Light can prevail.

 

We now live in what is called the Kali yuga or spiritual Dark Age.

At one time - many eons ago - we lived in the spiritual Golden Age.

During this time Light was available 100 percent on the planet and

humans were totally connected to God or universal consciousness. All

our powers were fully and consciously operational. The whole

universe honored human beings and the angels served humans in their

full glory. Gurunam has explained to me that when we do this ritual

and chant this mantra as given below, we move into that space and

power where the totality of our mind connects to the consciousness of

Light. He didn't say how long that would take, but let's get

started. :+)

 

A POTENT RITUAL OF ROSE-CROIX KABBALAH IN TIME OF TROUBLE AND WAR

 

Recently our nation has been exposed to a severe tragedy, a tragedy

of a global nature that has ravaged our once stable lives. As

individuals, as a city, as a nation, and as a world, we are grieving

together and expressing our sorrow over the many lives lost. We have

very few answers but so many questions. Why is there so much

negativity? What has gone wrong? Will we ever feel safe again? Have

we paused to look into the nature of what has happened? What can we

do? Whether rich or poor, most people are realizing how vulnerable we

are as human beings. The reality is that nothing happens by chance.

Everything follows karmic laws, some of which are beyond our

understanding. What did we do to attract such a tragedy? Are we

reaping what we sowed? If that is the case, we have created a

monster that we need to neutralize as soon as possible.

 

For us to be truly secure, we must raise individual and collective

consciousness. The fact that human intelligence can be used to

perform such evil acts as opposed to finding cures for incurable

diseases and healing the planet is beyond words. The ability to see

our oneness in our diversity is similar to seeing the apple tree in

the seed. If you cannot see the apple tree in the seed you cannot see

God in this world. Not being able to see God in every sacred teaching

causes people to use religion as an excuse to create war time and

time again.

 

Religions are aspects of universal truths revealed at a given times,

to a given people, in given circumstances. Unfortunately, over time

the teachings can become twisted by self-serving parties who

reinterpret them as being the sole and only revealed truth, valid for

all men, at all times, in all circumstances. This is how intolerance,

conflict, war and persecutions are perpetrated and is contrary to the

original divine revelations. Whether we like it or not, we are all

interconnected. Not being able to see God in everyone causes fear,

separation and hatred. Not being able to see God in oneself leads to

the inability to forgive oneself and others. This further generates

anger that destroys so many lives. Those who cannot see God in every

sacred teaching, in everyone, and in themselves cannot see God at

all. They can become the channels of dark forces and cause

unthinkable evil acts that disrupt humanity.

 

Historically speaking, the destruction of the World Trade Center

reminds me of the tragedy of the great Library of Alexandria in old

Egypt. All the healing and spiritual knowledge known to the world was

preserved in the library of Alexandria for future generations.

Religious intolerance lead to the destruction of these transcripts,

which were set on fire in the baths and bake houses of Alexandria.

The loss of these spiritual teachings has been described as the

single most tragic loss and the greatest disaster ever recorded. If

this library existed today, there isn't enough money in this world

that could buy this healing bank of teachings.

 

The destruction of the World Trade Center has moved us to a

crossroads with fate. Therefore we must take responsibility

individually as well as collectively to transform this negative fate

into a glorious destiny. Otherwise we are in for more serious

complications. Needless to say, we need a spiritual method whose

efficacy has been tested and proven by time. Now is not the time to

be fearful, for where there is fear you cannot find God. We must be

intelligently fearless and not let darkness take over. As agents of

light and servants of the Universe we must roll up our sleeves and

get to work on the spiritual plane. We need to invoke the healing

help and protection from the luminous beings of the unseen world.

 

RITUAL, SYMBOL AND MANTRA OF LIGHT

 

There is a great hierarchy of beings between Heaven and Earth. There

are celestial and terrestrial beings. There are nine grades of

beings of angelic nature and they inhabit the various regions of the

tree of life. By working with the symbol of the pentagram (five-

pointed star) and/or vibrating the sacred name YEA HESH SHOE WAH we

are not only establishing a spiritual communion with the luminous

beings who dwell in the invisible world of light, but we are also

invoking the healing help and protection of these beneficent and

benevolent hosts of the superior astral world.

 

Symbols and words of power are used to communicate with the invisible

world. There is no more powerful symbol than the pentagram. The

pentagram is a shield of full Protection, healing, and well-being

used by Rose-Croix Kabbalists to remove darkness. Evil cannot exist

in its presence. It is the highest and most potent symbol that you

can come across on all the planes from the terrestrial to the

celestial hierarchy. When it is applied in the right way, it simply

works even for those who have not the slightest knowledge of

spirituality. If you are not familiar with this symbol, just invoke

the luminous vibration, YEA HESH SHOE WAH. This sound vibration is

beyond religion, race, creed, class, and gender. It works within and

beyond time and space.

 

PERFORMING THE RITUAL: (this ritual is a sacred prayer of great

potency and is to be approached with reverence.)

 

Invoke the light, heal and recharge yourself, then proceed to work on

the world. There are four clear and distinct stages to this healing

ritual. The mighty Rose-Croix Kabbalah word of power, YEA HESH SHOE

WAH, is to be invoked three times in each stage. At the end of the

entire ritual, YEA HESH SHOE WAH, will have been invoked twelve

times, corresponding to the twelve signs of the zodiac.

 

The sounds are spoken softly and slowly with clear pronunciation.

They are pronounced exactly how they are written.

 

PART ONE: Bring Healing and Spiritual Strength to YOURSELF

 

• Sit in a meditative position, spine straight, head erect, hands

resting on lap. Take a few moments to quiet the mind and slow down

the breath.

 

• Visualize a beautiful white flame in the center of your being or in

the healing space of your heart. With every breath, see it

progressively expand and surround YOURSELF in this beautiful sphere

of white light energy.

 

• Feel love, warmth, and healing radiating from that white flame in

your heart center, permeating every cell and spreading into your

sphere of energy. With the breath that binds all God's creatures,

feel that your presence sends this loving and healing light out upon

the Earth, in order that you may heal and lift the spirit of all

those caught in the limiting darkness of reality.

 

• Visualize a flaming blue pentagram (five pointed star) above you

with the apex facing up and two points forming the base. Hear the

flames hissing. Let it warm your heart and heal the core of your

being.

 

• Take a deep breath. Hold a moment and softly invoke the sacred

name YEA HESH SHOE WAH. Repeat three times while seeing the beams of

radiant light emanating from you, consolidating your healing presence

on the planet as you embody pure thoughts of love, peace, and light.

 

PART TWO: Bring Healing and Order to the WORLD

 

Now, in your mind's eye, imagine the entire PLANET.

 

• See the world surrounded by a beautiful egg or cloud of white

sunlight. Visualize a flaming blue pentagram above the world with the

apex facing up. Hear the flames hissing. See every human being

(including leaders of various countries) receiving its healing warmth

in their heart. Let it raise their consciousness for a world of

harmony. See the world and all earthly beings being showered with

pure thoughts of love, peace, and light.

 

• Take a deep breath. Hold a moment and softly invoke the sacred

name: YEA HESH SHOE WAH.

 

Repeat three times and send thoughts of love, peace, and light as

above.

 

PART THREE: Bring Healing and Order to YOUR CITY

 

Now turn your healing focus to your city and area.

 

• See the white light becoming more and more concentrated in your

city.

 

• Visualize a flaming blue pentagram with the apex facing up above

your city and again, take a deep breath. Hold a moment and softly

invoke the sacred name YEA HESH SHOE WAH. Repeat three times and

send thoughts of love, peace, light as above.

 

PART FOUR: Bring Healing Light to PROBLEM AREAS

 

Now bring your healing focus upon the site of World Trade Center and

Afghanistan.

 

• Visualize the concentration of white light in the region of the

World Trade Center and Afghanistan. Visualize the a flaming blue

pentagram with the apex facing up above the problem area.

 

• Take a deep breath. Hold a moment and vibrate again the sacred

name YEA HESH SHOE WAH.

 

Repeat three times.

 

TO COMPLETE:

 

Take a deep breath, hold, then exhale as you whisper " IT IS DONE "

 

Perform this ritual once or twice daily for the next few weeks. Let

us attract the healing, blessings, and protection of the luminous

beings. This practice will heal the Earth, raise the collective

consciousness, and magnify your own light.

 

MANTRA FOR PROTECTION

 

• For all Yogis and non-Yogi's alike, chanting Triple Mantra between

eleven and thirty-one minutes a day will protect you by aligning your

psycho-electromagnetic field with time and space. This is

simultaneously a very comforting and powerful mantra. Gurunam's CD

is almost hypnotic and wonderful for background music during the day

as well as for meditation.

 

HEALING MANTRA

 

• To heal the traumatic emotions created by the shock most of us have

experienced from the World Trade Center tragedy, chant along with the

These mantras cut through time and space. Keep in mind that for every
