Guest guest
Om Hreem Mam Pran Deh Rom Pratirom Chaitanya Jagraya Hreem Om Swaha Chetana Mantra is basically a mantra for energising every cell of the body and capable enough to fully awaken the Kundalini in a matter of days. A sadhak should chant this mantra 10,000 times every morning until the Kundalini awakens or 1000 times every morning to maintain the energy level. The closest translation of chetna is awakening. A mantra usually has many purposes, more than there are obviously evident. However, i can make a humble attempt to translate it for you. This mantra starts with and ends with aum the most auspicious pranav (sacred single word) for hindus. Namah is added is the end-- a mark of devotion, the purpose is tho please the lord and ask for forgiveness. After Aum, an inner engulf for the mantra on both sides is hreem. Hreem is the Beej (seed) mantra for Bhuvaneshwari--the divine mother and one of the 10 mahavidyas who combines the three powers --kali, lakshmi and sarasvati. It is said that by worshipping mother bhuvaneshwari you worship all three forms. the basic mantra mam - my pran - the closest translation is soul. but pran is more that soul. it is the basic power which moves our hands and everything in the world, deh- body rom - pore pratirom - this is a repition which emphasizes that chaitanyam jagraya - every particle every constituent of my soul and body should come to a state of awakening and a higher level of resonance. In essence it aims at taking you closer to the Guru - the divine force and hence makes you capable of achieving spiritual and therefore, material success. Guest guest
Dear C P Kumar, I heard that without the practical guidence of Guru, one should not start for awakening the kundlini as during the sadhna period, many problems comes into and it requires to be solved immediately otherwise it can be result in to mental disorder, body pian,fever,death- something like this, which may differ to differ on individual basis and can not predefined in advance. I have desire to begin but the fear of all the above stops me to do it. Pl tell me - Am i right ? And if not, then what would be the first step to begin with over coming all the above fears ? Any comment pl ? Regards, winner
