Dear friends, associates and like minded persons

 

We are in the last day of the year 2006. The most important point here is

that 31st December is not the end of all – all sorrows or pleasures. It is a

measure of time and even if we respect this day or not, time passes, we grow,

grow and ………. Sometime ago, in my mails I mentioned that Growth and Development

are two different aspects of life. Growth is associated with time – age grows –

body grows and ends with time and it is a cyclical process. But Development is

something – really something – to do with the mental abilities and aptitude.

The culture which we INTENTIONALLY and WITH ALL EFFORTS develop within us makes

us to develop ourselves.

 

I trust that this is time for all of us – aged and children – to look back and

analyze what was the PAST MEASUREMENT OF TIME -2006 and in what manner it went

off. This will help us to reset our goals and refresh ourselves with an

increased spirit and the required input. A good manager always aims at three

aspects – WHAT TO DO, WHEN TO DO, AND HOW TO DO. In other words if we really

intend to develop ourselves and turn out to remain fruitful with the set goals,

we have to manage of our OWN TIME, thus planning well for the next MEASURE OF

TIME – 2007.

 

Let us set goals and feel satisfied that 31st December 2007 leaves us a sigh

of relief that we have really done something for ourselves; for the less

fortunate in the society and for the country to the best of our ability.

 

Wishing you all strength and courage to set a specific goal for 2007 and

remain Happy, with all prosperity and progress. Let us all add a new year to

our lives and make this purposeful, eventful, and respectful. Wish you HAPPY

2007.
