1. We are what our thoughts have made us, so take care of what you

think. What you think, you tend to become.

 

2. It is the fear that is the cause of our woes. It is the greatest

of all superstitions. It is the cause of misery, death, evil, sin and

degradation. It is fearlessness that brings strength, heaven and

everything wonderful.

 

3. The disease of fanaticism is one of the dangerous of all diseases.

Fanatics only make hatered and loses all power of judgements.

 

4. Truth will never come into our minds so long as there remain the

faintest shadow of Ahamkara (Egotism).

 

5. Lust, Greed, Anger are gateway to hell and misery in this life and

lives to come. Nobody will ever make any spiritual progress without

renouncing these.

 

6. The guru must be a person who has known, has actually realized the

divine truth, has perceived himself as the spirit. The greatness of

a teacher consists in the simplicity of his language.

 

7. The only remedy for bad habits is counter habits.

 

8. We must not forget that health is the only means to an end.

Consciously or unconsciously, health can be transmitted.
