It is not momentary it is regular procedure Results are the outcome of the unseen procedure This is how evolution occurs. In the same manner Human evolves perfectly if the procedure of creating perfecting & discarding is Truthful TRUE MECHANISM Truth is Truth Truth & Truth nothing else. This is truth.
