My dear friends and like minded persons

 

It is a remarkable day in my life, for that matter, in the lives of the entire

Shri Aswamedhayaagam team. Exactly two years ago, precisely on 11th December

2005, the historical mega event was on the shoulders of tiny persons like me and

my team. It was a most remarkable day since that day started with lot of

confusion, fear, bitter experiences, back pulling, and what not. When days

passed and ultimately touched the last day of Shri Aswamedhayaagam, i.e. on 18th

December, every one in the team felt a sigh of relief, thrilling mood and so on.

 

Last year, upon completion of one year of Shri Aswamedhayaagam, I took the

opportunity of honoring Shri Pullela Sri Rama Chandrudu with Mahaa Kavi

Kaalidaas Gnana Ratna Award in token memory of the Historical mega event.

 

I have plans this year to release the book on Shri Aswamedhayaagam besides

honoring some one who contributed his best to the welfare of the Society. But

then, nothing could take place honestly due to lack of funds. I am unable to

meet the costs and hence the book is parked with the printer while the idea of

honoring someone is still under consideration.

 

According to Hindu calendar, this year the bright eleventh day falls on 20th ,

which was exactly the day two years ago when the Holy Event started. But

according to Christian Calendar, today is to be remembered with utmost respect

and with mixed feelings.

 

I felt so happy when I started receiving phone calls from near and dear

memorizing 11th December 2005 – the day of commencement of Shri Aswamedhayaagam.

 

Anyway I enjoy the phone calls since the memories are in the hearts of many.

I convey my best wishes to every one who have directly or indirectly

participated in the Historical Mega Event to make it a grand success. I also

convey my best wishes to all those who could not physically attend the event,

but enjoying reading this letter.

 

May Lord Aswamedha Yagna Naarayana grant you all, all that you richly desire

and deserve.
