My dear friends and like minded persons

 

Reg: TWO MESSAGES 1) BHOODAAN AND 2) HAVAN ON SANKATA CHATURDHI

 

I am presenting two topics in this and the first being Bhoodaan. Most of you

are aware through my previous mail about the Proposed Bhoodaan. There is a

little change in the end use objective. Shri Raghavendra Swamy Mutt of

Mantralayam is helping the community in a most noble way. In most of the towns

they have their mutts helping the public in “Pinda Pradaan†“Pithru

Karyakrama†activities and this is an on-going process in their mutt. They do

not have, it appears, a venue for such activities in Vijayawada. Therefore, we

are also paying attention as to why we should not Donate the land with a small

building etc to the Mutt so that for centuries the aim of the donor remains

satisfied. Anyway we desire to complete the program before 10th of September at

the best so that we are considered to have done an act of self satisfaction for

the Pithru Paksha.

 

Secondly I desire to inform you that Sankata Hara Chaturdhi Havan for Lord

Ganesh with 1000 modak laddus will take place on 20th of this month. This will

be done in our temple or at a convenient place (which is yet to be decided).

However as usual it will be done and prayers will be offered for the welfare of

all of us. As per Atharva Veda – Shri Ganapathi Seershopanishat, offering of

1000 modak laddus is expected to fulfill our ambitions. This is another secret

of success and pleases use this secret for successful fulfillment of desires in

times of need and in times of exigencies too. If any new person is receiving

this mail and in case any one desires to add his name to our regular list, may

please indicate their names, birth star and gothram.
