Guest guest
Hello KRK, You may want to visit http://www.siddhashram.org/audio.shtml <http://www.siddhashram.org/audio.shtml> where they have all the mantras listed and they have a guru there who gives diksha for the sadhanas. Regards, Sol. [Moderator's note: I believe we have discussed the issue of " mailorder " mantras before, and the advisability of paying for diksha. But perhaps it's time to discuss these issues again.] , " skandag " <skandag wrote: > > Dear Group, > > I am interested to learn Apsara,Yakshini and Kubera Sadhana. Guest guest
One disturbing thing about Siddhashram in my opinion is that they ask the sadhaka/sadhika to pay large sum for diksa and mantras, with promises like " Instant result " . Its more like commercialisation of spiritualism. You have it all at the supermarket : instant noodles, instant porridge, instant mushroom soup etc. , " Sol " <solamrita wrote: > > Hello KRK, > > You may want to visit http://www.siddhashram.org/audio.shtml > <http://www.siddhashram.org/audio.shtml> where they have all the > mantras listed and they have a guru there who gives diksha for the > sadhanas. > > Regards, > > Sol. > > [Moderator's note: I believe we have discussed the issue of > " mailorder " mantras before, and the advisability of paying > for diksha. Guest guest
Sorry, if I have touched some nerve on this topic. I only meant it innocently as I was aware of their website offhand and I had done a couple of their sadhanas and had some good results. That helped to clear a lot of negative blockage in my life. Plus the sadhanas expanded my knowledge significantly, because I was a muslim by birth. But after the sadhanas within a few months I gained so much knowledge on Hinduism and its esoteric aspects that I am surprised. The few Mahavidya sadhanas I did, not only brought a great deal of theoretical knowledge but also a significant practical understanding. That is not to be proud of the knowledge and still sometimes I don't know some stuff but I just mentioned it to highlight the benefits of Sadhana. Ultimately I have felt the most important thing is the consciousness and intention of the sadhak himself. The only thing is they charge in US$ but still the amounts are reasonable and their gurus at their gurudham seem to be genuine, especially if we were to compare it to the thousands of dollars people spend on various kinds of therapy and medical issues in the west which still does not solve deep seated spiritual issues, which only sadhana can do. In fact if properly done sadhana will minimize most kind of therapeutic and medical issues because the karmic baggage causing them is eliminated. Even daily worship will not help significantly transcend the karmic and psychological barriers of thousands of previous lives that each person brings forth into the present life, but this sadhana can do at lightning speed. I think they have much discounted rates for locals in India and different ones for those living overseas. Of course if someone is say going to do an Ashta Lakshmi Sadhana with several pure silver statues of Lakshmi, those kinds of sadhanas are expensive, but then most are very reasonable as you can see on their website. Plus they also have to run their organization, purchase the items, consecrate them according to each Sadhana's rules and then mail them. All this takes time and money. As for the " Instant Result " . That too is possible in Sadhana but we have to let go and accept the possibility and give it a shot. Sometimes it does not happen in the first few times like it often happens in the beginning, because the transcendence of consciousness at such speed is needed to be trained into the mind to go past our karmic blockages. However, I noticed once we get across that then it becomes easier. This of course varies from sadhak to sadhak based on their accompanying karma and how well they are ready to let go of the past without holding on to it. I am sorry this is not meant to be a support of the argument either way but just my personal experience. Regards, Sol
Guest guest
1. Mantras are all flawed at that site. The mantras are printed as in phonetized hindiized sanskrit. 2. Mantras are to be recited with correct pronunciation or there maybe no result or negative results. 3. Mail order mantra deeksha is a scream. 3. What I have noticed is those who go there come back with all sorts of funny notions. There are many more negativities. 4. I consider the site a fraud. Guest guest
Dear KRK, If you wish, you can contact Gurudev Shri Sudharnathji in Bhopal to know more about Apsara Dikshas. Before that let me tell you that our gurudev gives dikshas benevolently and he doesn't give many dikshas thru photo especially dikshas like Apsara and many others. One must meet him in person. And also, Apsara Diksha is given on special occasions only. A shivir on MAHAKAL is being organised in Ujjain on the 8th & 9th November during Diwali and Apsara diksha will be given on this occasion. For more information, you may please visit : http://www.dasamahavidhyasadhakparivar.org/ Let me know if you can come on the 8th / 9th November to Ujjain With my sincere regards JAI GURUDEV / JAI MAA TARA skandag <skandag wrote: Dear Group, I am interested to learn Apsara,Yakshini and Kubera Sadhana.
