Guest guest
 My dear friends and like minded persons  While wishing you all HAPPY DIWALI, I am giving as usual some important Sadhanaas for the Diwali. Please remember that this Diwali – the new moon day is associated with Sunday and therefore it is of great significance for a Sadhak – a Sadhak who factually desire to fulfill life ambitions as per Hindu Traditional System.  There are two Sadhanaas and I am giving details of both of them. Basing on the need, opportunity, and faith, each of you may select particular sadhana or both the sadhanas and try to take the blessings of Diwali Goddess Gaja Lakshmi.  Kuber Sadhana This is one of the important sadhanas and it can be completed in three days from Dhan Teras or can be done on any of the three days from Dhan Teras to Diwali day and this is to be done in the evening after putting up lights preferably in front of Gaja Lakshmi and in some sadhanas it is done for eleven days also. Only one rosary of 108 mantra to be counted. I might have given Lord Kubera – the Lord of Wealth photographs and this sadhana is better in front of Lord Kubera and for any reason the photograph is not available, this sadhana can be done before Gaja Lakshmi. Only one Maala Jap of 108 beads on Diwali day is expected to give excellent results. Only dry fruits are to be offered to Goddess Lakshmi and rose water is to be sprayed in four corners of the house after the sadhana.  MANTRA: Yakshaaya kuberaaya vaisravanaaya dhana dhanyaadhipataye dhana dhanya samrudhime dehi daapaya swahaa.   The second sadhana is SHRI KANAKA YAKSHINI SADHANA  Please pour rice grains in a silver plate if possible on Diwali night, you may keep the Goddess Lakshmi coin either of Gold or of Silver and offer Chandan, flower, agarbatti, Deep, dry fruits as Bhog and there afterwards start jap of the following mantra for financial enrichment. If possible please complete chanting of the mantra 51 x 108 which will help the performer for ever in life.  Mantra: Aim Joom Katta Katta Kanaka Yakshni Hreem Yaha Yaha Hoom Phat.  You might have observed that all Lakshmi Sadhanas of Diwali are interlinked with Kuber – the Lord of Wealth and he is also the King of Yaksha and as such the sadhana goes round either Yaksha or Yakshini for success in life.  I shall feel happy to receive the feed back after completion of the sadhana and after a gap of a month. Yours affly HARA HARA MAHADEVA DR P V SESHA SAI ASWAMEDHAYAAJI Vedanta Visarada, Sri Yaaga Vidya Praveena, Adhyatmika Ratna, Sahasradhika Yaaga Karta Dr P V Sesha Sai Aswamedhayaaji Web http://aswamedhayaaji.com E mail shodasisai shodasisai Camp Buffalo, New York, USA Land line 001 310 561 8237             13th October 2009

Guest guest
Dear Chiranjeevi I appreciate your question. In every being three Gunas exist. The extremity of any Guna leads to imperfection or leads to a destination of undesired nature. Therefore one has to lead a balanced life - duly balancing all the Gunas with which one has to co-exist. You might have seen in one of the stories - a sage and a snake - the sage insists that only Satwa Guna does not help any one. Coming back to the point - Yaksha Raj - Kuber is one of the Dikpaalakas and is one of the Gods - Sura - or Devatas. Mantra Mani Oushada are under his control. He is " Dhana Dhanyadhi pathi " and there fore for our peaceful existance we need " Dhana Dhanya " and as such irrespective of the Guna involved in this - as we are all in the material world without which we can not survive (it is a very dangerous situation to leave the society and assuming that there is something unusual in the caves or forests - the life in those areas does not lead us to spiritual excellency iniitially but surely lead us nowhere). I mean to say, one has to lead a life treating it as BOON OF GOD and while leading the life, one must try to reach the spiritual excellency as is needed by each individual.  Well, this is my perception on LIFE, there may be instances where the thought is disagreed or contradicted, again, that is a matter to individuals for their choice.  Yours affly HARA HARA MAHADEVA DR P V SESHA SAI ASWAMEDHAYAAJI --- On Sun, 18/10/09, badri <bnmiriyala wrote: badri <bnmiriyala Re: Happy Diwali and Sadhana for the Unusual Diwali Shambhavi Sunday, 18 October, 2009, 1:14 PM sir, kubera is considered to the king of yakshas. In geeta, sraddha traya vibhaga yoga ,it is said that the people with rajasa character do only worship yaksha and rakshasa.so kindly clarify

Guest guest
Dr. Saheb, Lord Krishna is very clear in Geeta when he says: anan yas cintayanto mam ye janah paryupasate tesam nit yabhi yuktanam yoga-ksemam vahamy aham  Synonyms= ananyah—having no other object; cintayantah—concentrating; mam—on Me; ye—those who; janah—persons; paryupasate—properly worship; tesam—of them; nitya—always; abhiyuktanam—fixed in devotion; yoga—requirements; ksemam—protection; vahami—carry; aham—I. Translation Whoever prays to me with no other thought whoever thinks of me incessantly, I will take care of their welfare In short, Lord says that those who worship me alone, I will take care of their material needs and the welfare. He has further said those who worship Yakshas, reach Yaksha, those who worship Devatas, rach Devatas, but those who worship me, shall reach me alone. Could you clarify your position Dr. Saheb in above context?
