Guest guest
Ma Ganga Inner Tantric Yoga Retreat A Shakti Celebration We are happy to announced that our third annual Ma Ganga Inner Tantric Yoga Retreat March 9-14 2010 is now open for early registration. It will feature deeper teachings for serious students and sadhaks and special interaction with Vamadeva and Shambhavi by the sacred Ganga river in a quiet resort above Rishikesh. The resultant experience is transformative and life-changing. The retreat will be followed by a ten day Yogini Yatra tour to Himalayan Shakti temples along with Vamadeva and Shambhavi, March 14-25, which you can also attend but is a separate event. The retreat coincides with the Kumbha Mela in Haridwar and comes after the International Yoga Festival at Parmarth Niketan in Rishikesh, March 1-7 (where both Vamadeva and Shambhavi will be teaching). One can attend all these events to enrich one's experience of India and the Himalayas. Please note the following link for those who wish to join the retreat, including registration form. http://spiritualjourneys.net/Tours/GR10.htm The Ma Ganga Inner Tantric Yoga Retreat provides a unique transformative experience for sadhaks and yoga students to create a conscious shift in tapping their divinity within whilst healing, rejuvenating and celebrating life. Spiritual aspirants throughout the world and every walk of life, gathered together to make a conscious shift in their well-being through the ancient wisdom of insightful Yoga, Vedanta, Ayurveda, Vedic astrology, and Shakta (Goddess) traditions in a simple, yet experiential manner, as part of their own inner awakening. Synchronizing our inner being with Nature's benevolence guides one into the sacred dance of Shakti, the divine feminine power. Pandit Vamadeva Shastri (Dr. David Frawley) and Yogini Shambhavi guide everyone into a yogic celebration of Shiva and Shakti as living realities within each person, woven into the entire fabric of life. The teachings were rendered in the traditional gurukul manner, outdoors sitting under Lychee trees laden with fruit bearing flowers with the roar of the Ganga as the background music. The spiritual retreat guides everyone through awareness, contemplation meditation, chanting and mindful asana decoding the mystic wonders of our universal reality. Every sadhak relates to their divine power within unravelling the secrets of India's Seer wisdom and its yogic energies transforming one's heart and mind. The Ma Ganga retreat is a yearly event hosted by the American Institute of Vedic Studies above Rishikesh, India. Join us in creating a harmonious, conscious and spiritually evolved universe through awakening the personal self, empowering the divine grace within.
